Dr Zayn Khalid

Dr Zayn Khalid, MBBS, MSc (Aesthetic Medicine), PGDip (Aesthetic Medicine) is a Hair Transplant Surgeon at Berkeley Hair Clinic, specialising in personalised hair restoration and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE).

A graduate of King's College London, Dr Zayn began his medical career within the NHS before developing a particular interest in aesthetics, surgery and patient-centred care. His combination of medical expertise and aesthetic training has shaped a refined approach to hair restoration, with a strong emphasis on natural-looking, long-term results.

Since entering the field of hair transplantation in 2021, Dr Zayn has performed more than 2,000 hair transplant procedures, developing extensive experience in designing and delivering bespoke treatments for patients with a wide range of hair loss concerns.

Education & Medical Training

Dr Zayn graduated from King's College London before beginning his medical career in the NHS, where he gained broad clinical experience across a range of specialties. His growing interest in aesthetic medicine, surgery and the relationship between appearance and confidence led him towards hair restoration.

In 2021, Dr Zayn joined a leading hair transplant clinic on London's Harley Street, where he trained alongside experienced hair transplant surgeons with more than 30 years of combined experience. This provided the foundation for his specialist career in hair restoration.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Zayn completed a Master's degree in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London, graduating with distinction. His Master's dissertation, "Ensuring Optimal Long-Term Outcomes in Follicular Unit Excision (FUE)," reflects his particular interest in evidence-based approaches to achieving sustainable results in hair transplantation.
