Dr Pavlos Afisidis

Pavlos Afisidis is a healthcare leader with over twelve years of experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare management, and international business operations. Having undertaken a medical degree and training as a paediatrician in Greece, he spent a decade at the forefront of treating disease in children.

Pavlos expanded his interest into medical management and undertook a Master’s in Public Health from King’s College London, then completing the Business Analytics programme at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. This combination of medical expertise and strategic insight enables him to deliver services that are both clinically robust and operationally efficient.

In the UK, Pavlos has successfully led large GP practices, multi-site services, and specialist clinics, introducing innovations in digital triage, patient access, and service expansion. His initiatives have consistently improved patient satisfaction, efficiency, and compliance. Beyond healthcare, he has held senior business leadership roles managing luxury client services, and international teams, experience that has shaped his ability to deliver premium, patient-centred care.
