I’m not normally one for writing reviews, but I felt it was only right to give Berkeley the credit they deserve. I chose Berkeley from the start as I felt valued and cared for from minute one. From my first call with Matt he gave me his true insight into the industry and some real world examples of how we could improve my situation. When speaking to Berkeley you aren’t just speaking to another hair clinic, you are speaking to people who are passionate about what they do and it’s clear they want to help. On the day I was nervous, but those nerves soon turned to excitement. Being greeted at the door by Matt and then introduced to the man behind it all, Dr Dayah. Dr D and his team are true professionals constantly putting my welfare first and letting me have a say in their creative influence really made me feel almost part of the team! From the first incision to the last, each step of the way was explain to me, this helped me feel at ease and I was in the safest possible hands. Highly recommend the carbonara with a side of garlic bread for lunch, it went down a treat to break up the day! I could not be happier with my decision to go with Berkeley. Everyone played their part perfectly. I can’t fault a thing. Thank you Berkeley Team!

A few months ago, after careful thought, I came to the conclusion that the time had come for me to think strongly about having a hair transplant. After careful research, I decided to take the plunge and visit the team at the Berkeley Hair Clinic in Derby. In my initial consultation, after meeting Shaun and Dr. Thomas, I decided that Berkeley Hair Clinic was definitely the one for me. They reassured me and talked me through the procedure from start to finish & they answered every single question that I could think of in a very friendly & professional manner. On the day of my FUE transplant, I was introduced again by Shaun to Dr. Thomas and his amazing team. I was reassured and felt at ease from the very beginning of the procedure right to the very end. The whole experience was fairly painless & everything went according to plan and lunch was really nice. The aftercare was thoroughly explained and I was given a kit with easy to follow day by day instructions. I was in communication every day with Shaun, providing the required photographs on my progress & he reassured me that everything was going well. I'm nearly two weeks in now and everything is as it should be. I can't thank Sean, Dr. Thomas and the team enough for what they have done for me. If you're strongly thinking about having a hair transplant, I would definitely recommend the Berkeley Clinic in Derby.

I was instantly impressed and put as ease when talking through all my concerns with Caj at the oxford clinic - Nothing ever seemed too much or too many questions even if i asked the same one multiple times. The overall experience i had was a perfect and the level of care and customer service that the entire team gave was impeccable i honestly couldnt have asked for a nice group to help me gain my confidence back. My surgeon was Dr Dayah and he was in the room for most of the time even though he was necessarily needed the whole time it helps put your mind at ease knowing the surgeon is there the whole time If you are thinking about it then i honestly would recommend stop debating it as the early you can do it the quicker you can gain some confidence back.

I had my hair transplant yesterday with Dr Zayn and from start to finish the entire team at Berkeley hair clinic were fantastic, my nerves were put at ease very quickly and I was informed of the entire process of the day, followed by any questions I had being answered. The day went really quickly and the team were so kind and friendly, I'm really happy with the outcome so far and can't wait to see the outcome of my new hair line, if anyone is considering getting there hair transplant with Dr Zayn I would highly recommend.
